Dear People,
Some
days it's hard to be open to ourselves, to life and to others. Pain, fear, anger, revenge, jealousy, neediness, there are so much different emotional and mental motivations that can keep us locked within ourselves. I think it's great to strive to be open-hearted and open minded, so that's why I wrote some affirmations about it today.
I write my affirmations in different levels so you can see what resonates with you and what you want to work on. You might start with a lower level that resonates and then move your way up.
Pick and choose what works for you and affirm away (I recommend three times a day if you can manage it).

I forgive myself and others
