Dear People,
I promised I would write some more premium content on this blog and I hope that this rather loose format of thoughts will be interesting for you to read. Instead of a full length article, I plan to write some thoughts that will steer you into your own healing reflections.
Please do comment on this blog or on Facebook if you want to contribute or feel like sharing your own story!
Cycles of health
When our health is not in the shape we want, we often feel something is 'wrong'. Something is not going as planned, is not going the way we want it, so it's wrong. We go to the doctor and we tell him: "Doc, somethings wrong with me" and describe the symptoms we are suffering.
We should be saying: "Something is right", as it's natural that we are going through cycles of perfect health and cycles of less then perfect health. Cycles of less then perfect health give us time and opportunity to reflect on the state of our life, our health and our body.
Healing Question: Are you acknowledging your cycle of health? Building and creating in a healthy phase and reflecting and resting in a less then healthy phase?
Healing Process
The second thing we do is focus completely on the illness and the way we want it to disappear. We often ask for pills or powders and preferably hear the doctor tell us: "Take this X days a week and you will be fully healthy in no time".
We do not want to spend time on on the healing process. We prefer our healing to be done quietly and out of the way with the least side effects possible!
This is precisely why at my practice people are very confused by my Healing Process. I do not give the something to take or tell them what to do. I do not spend hours talking to them about problems like a coach or psychologist. I discuss their issues and start removing them from the first session onwards.
Healing Question: Do you make time for your healing process or are you trying to heal between the lines?
The Center Stage
Often, with an illness, it has gotten the center stage. People will discuss how they are doing based on that particular illness. A simple "How are you doing?", because a medical story almost immediately.
So, imagine the surprise in my practice when I talk to you. In my practice: YOU have the center stage. Not your illness or a part that's not working, but you. All healing journeys are personalized on who you are, where you have been and what you have been carrying with you.
Sometimes a trend is noted, but most often, we all have our own personal hangups and blockages.
Healing Question: Are you setting yourself on the center stage or has your illness usurped that role?
Healing Journey in my Practice
I use my Psychic Gifts and Inner Vision to see what is truly going on. I speak to them about behavior that they often immediately recognize and how it is affecting their health in a negative way. They often are quite surprised I picked up on that and are doubtful that changing that part of their lives will make them better.
After we are in agreement about the behavior I help with efficiently removing karma, emotions or other underlying reasons on why that behavior is so toxic but continues to recur. I often get quite surprised responses on how they are feeling lighter and better and how this particular healing shows great benefits in the body.
After the behavior is back into balance, I often spend time on balancing out the body and it's energy field. Sometimes people complain that they are so energetic after sessions that they can't sleep! Or that they are so tired (detoxing) that they want to stay on my table and sleep!
So, your healing journey is based on you, grounded in your body, your emotions, your mental stage and your spiritual growth.
Healing Question: Are you trying to do everything alone and the hard way or are you ready to accept aid?
Enjoy the article and reflect on the healing questions as you see fit!

Dear People,
Personally, I always give my all to every client that comes into my practice. My all however, has changed during the years. Some of my techniques have evolved, while others have become more accurate. I also found out that some things aren't for me and they naturally disappeared.
This year I made the pledge to have a monthly evaluation on where I am going with my practice. What Workshops I will host, whom I will work with and what is working for me and what is not.
I know many people are curious sometimes about why I take certain decisions and what I might still have in store. This is a little glimpse into the future.
I did my Reading on the 23th of January, which is a significant date for me. I am half-Chinese although many people who see me would never guess that.
Most often heard guesses include: Indonesian, Portuguese or 'something Asian'.
I choose a new deck that I haven't worked with but found on Saturday for the incredible price of €1,50. It drew me due to it's colorful cards and beautiful names.
It's called the Comic Deck of Initiation and features circular Mandala Cards. The deck has 52 cards and a short instruction booklet.
For my evaluation Reading I chose the "Rapid Fire Reading" that was described in the booklet and modified it a bit. I drew a pyramid of cards (4/3/2/1) and 4 cards separately. I asked what I could do better and where I could heal and grow.
The bottom row or foundation of my practice featured the following 4 Cards: Universal Harmony, Universal Love, Inner Vision and Universal Freedom. Quite a lovely handful, telling me that I do use Harmony and Love, combined with my inner vision, to create freedom.
Looking at the cards, I noted that I often overlook "Inner Vision". It's so normal for me to be Psychic, I often forget what kind of reaction other people have towards it. I need to acknowledge that more in my practice and take some time to put people at ease.
The second row or second stage featured the following 3 Cards: Crown, Law of Life and Universal Balance. It urges me to find more higher wisdom, as the law of life is one that says we all grow and explore. Every lesson is one that is valuable, when we take the time to find the balance between reflection and action. I often am moved towards action, as our lives are very high paced. I plan to do some more reflection, which is why I am taking more time to do Readings for myself.
The third row or third stage featured the following 2 Cards: Law of Limitation and Evolution. How funny to see those two cards together. We all know that for evolution we need to transcend limitations or find our niche. This stage asks me to work with some loose ends and to focus on what I really want to evolve.
The last row or pinnacle featured the following Card: Saggitarius. I am not a Saggitarius and don't often work with astrology. However, the symbol of the Saggitarius is one that is quite nice for a pinnacle. It's a form of freedom, expression and new sights and wonders.
Overall, my pyramid shows me what I build my practice on, what I need to do more as a person, what actions I should take and what will be my rewards. This month I am going to be busy with ending some cycles and starting new ones.
Also, I drew 4 cards for extra Guidance, which were: Aries, Guardian Angel, Unity and Universal Wisdom. They show to me that a lot of help is available to me and that I should work towards a focus of who I am and what I want to do.
All in all it's quite a lovely Reading,
So to work it is!

Dear Readers,
It feels like 2012 has just started for me as I went on a short holiday break. Last week I've been busy unpacking both literally and Spiritually speaking. Each year I make resolutions (like most of you) and I evaluate the past year.
What I'm grateful for:
Last year I had to take some though decisions. I needed to find more balance between the hours I worked on Hart en Ziel and my own personal life. I had to see if my company was viable and what I needed to do to keep it so. I'm glad I did make those decisions - I am at a better place now then I was at the start of 2011 and I helped many people.
Although 2011 was a difficult year for my friends and family I'm grateful I could help and support them. Not many know how to deal with difficult issues and some of them have lost other friends because of that. I'm grateful I continued healing, growing and expanding.
What I'm striving for in 2012:
Company wise I will strive to help even more people towards a healthy balance, well being and happiness this year. I will strive to offer premium content on this blog. I will put myself more out there and offer premium courses, workshops and training.
On a personal level: I strive for a healthier body. I strive for more financial security. I strive for happier relationships. I strive to be the best me!
Changes:
This year my keyword will be FOCUS. I need to make choices on what to focus on, on what is important for me on what I want and need to create. Last year my keyword was exploration and I went and explored many options. Now I have to choose what to keep and what to discard or change.
This blog has been fun to write, but it hasn't gotten as much premium content as I would have liked. I enjoyed sharing my weekly Reading, but I didn't get as much participation as I would have liked. More international clients are coming into my practice - hence the change to English in 2012.
Also, I will not be sharing a weekly Reading anymore.
Instead I will be sharing:
